This site is run by one developer, so replies may take a little while, but every message gets read.
Reporting a problem
A few details make it much easier for me to fix things quickly:
- Which tool you were using (for example EAN-13 or the Wi-Fi QR code)
- What you typed in, if it isn't private
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
- Your device and browser, such as an iPhone with Safari or Windows with Chrome
Suggesting a tool or an improvement
Tell me what you're trying to do. Knowing the real job, like labelling jars for a market stall or putting a menu on café tables, helps me build something useful rather than something that just sounds good.
Things I can't help with
- Product numbers. I can't issue or look up GTIN, UPC or EAN numbers. Those come from GS1, and the page explains how.
- Passwords and private details. Please don't send them by email, and you never need to for this site.
- Your own printed codes. If a code won't scan, try the QR code scanner first and check the tips on the generator page. They solve most problems.
