By using Barcode & QR Code (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

The tools are provided free for personal and commercial use. You may use the barcodes you create for any lawful purpose. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use automated means to place unreasonable load on it.

Your responsibility for the barcodes you create

You are responsible for checking that a barcode is correct and scannable before you rely on it, including testing printed labels with your own scanners. Different scanners, printers and materials behave differently.

Product numbers

The site creates barcode images only. It does not issue, register or verify product numbers such as GTIN, UPC or EAN. If you need official product identifiers, obtain them from GS1 or another appropriate authority. We are not affiliated with GS1.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site or from reliance on barcodes created with it.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text and code are owned by us or our licensors. Barcodes you create are yours to use. The generator uses the open-source JsBarcode library under the MIT licence.

Links

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Changes

We may change the site or these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
